Koriyar.com is a brand of e People Solutions FZC. Koriyar provides SaaS portal, tracking, wallet, onboarding, payment, dispatch coordination, and electronic transaction workflows. Koriyar is not presented as a courier company.

Use of the Platform

Users may use Koriyar to create and coordinate tracked shipment workflows, seller onboarding, rider onboarding, live tracking, wallet/payment handling, and related digital operations. Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse, attack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for accurate pickup/dropoff information, lawful goods, proper packaging, compliance information, payment obligations, and customer communication where applicable. Sellers must not submit prohibited, unsafe, illegal, restricted, or misdeclared items.

Rider Responsibilities

Riders are responsible for accurate onboarding details, valid legal eligibility, safe conduct, lawful vehicle use, trip-status updates, proof-of-delivery submission, and compliance with applicable UAE rules and platform instructions.

SaaS and Coordination Role

Koriyar provides digital workflow coordination, electronic transaction, tracking, and operational software services. Koriyar may connect sellers, riders, payment providers, voice/phone tools, and messaging tools, but the platform should not be interpreted as a standalone courier license or freight carrier representation.

Payments and Wallets

Payment links, wallet top-ups, wallet deductions, refunds, and settlement records may be processed through connected providers and internal reconciliation workflows. Pricing, discounts, and availability may change based on operational rules, demand, geography, and service configuration.

Tracking and Proof of Delivery

Tracking data, ETA, GPS, and proof-of-delivery content are operational tools and may depend on network availability, device permissions, rider behavior, address quality, map accuracy, and third-party services.

Limitations

Koriyar is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by traffic, weather, force majeure, third-party outages, incorrect information, unavailable recipients, unsafe packaging, restricted goods, or events outside reasonable control.

Intellectual Property

The Koriyar name, logo, website, app, tracking system, portal workflows, software, text, design, and related brand assets are owned or controlled by e People Solutions FZC or its licensors.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes means the user accepts the updated terms.
