Koriyar.com is a brand of e People Solutions FZC. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when users access Koriyar seller, rider, tracking, wallet, payment, onboarding, dispatch coordination, and related SaaS workflows.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as name, email address, phone number, role, and authentication records. Seller workflows may collect business profile, trade license, authorized person, pickup address, VAT/TRN, wallet, payment, shipment, and compliance document details. Rider workflows may collect name, phone, nationality, Emirates ID reference details, driving license, vehicle, insurance, visa-status, availability, trip status, proof-of-delivery photo, live onboarding selfie, daily login selfie, WhatsApp login confirmation timestamp, and compliance document details.

Shipment and tracking workflows may collect pickup and dropoff details, item descriptions, tracking codes, route data, status updates, ETA, rider coordinates during active trip handling, proof images, and operational notes.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide account access, seller onboarding, rider onboarding, compliance review, shipment creation, route coordination, live tracking, wallet handling, payment reconciliation, proof-of-delivery workflows, support, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Location Data

Rider location is used to update live delivery tracking and dispatch coordination while a rider is handling a trip. The current mobile app uses foreground location only. Riders start live GPS from the app during an active delivery, and location updates are used for operational visibility and ETA/status accuracy.

Photos, Files, and Documents

Koriyar may process compliance documents and proof-of-delivery images uploaded by sellers or riders. These files are used for onboarding review, shipment completion, dispute handling, and operational audit trails.

Rider onboarding and rider login may require a live selfie to help confirm that the approved rider account is being used by the same person. Selfies and related login-check records are used for compliance, safety, account-security review, rider-identity checks, and fraud prevention. Where automated biometric matching is enabled in the future, Koriyar.com will use it only for rider identity verification and operational security.

Payments and Wallets

Koriyar may store wallet references, payment event references, top-up amounts, shipment amounts, and reconciliation records. Card or checkout processing may be handled by payment providers. Koriyar should not store raw card details in the app or public website.

Service Providers

We may use hosting, database, authentication, payment, messaging, phone/voice dispatch, analytics, and operational tools to provide the service. These providers process information only as needed to operate Koriyar workflows.

Data Security

We use HTTPS for data transmission and server-side access controls for operational systems. Mobile app sessions are stored using platform-secure storage where available. Production API secrets should remain on server-side systems and not be embedded in public app clients.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain accounting/payment records, and protect operational integrity.

User Requests

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, safety, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.
